DIGITAL PROOFS / PROOFING PROCESS
Once you have purchased your reserved listing you will receive your first digital proof within 1-2 business days. Proofing process takes on average 2-3 business days. 

 

CUSTOM SAMPLE
Once you approve your digital proofs, you will be mailed a custom sample. You can opt out of the custom sample to speed up turnaround time.

All custom orders are shipped via USPS Priority (2-3 days) for US orders and includes tracking and insurance. Delivery signature or overnight delivery is available for an additional fee.

 

It is VERY IMPORTANT to confirm that your shipping address on your Etsy profile is correct prior to purchasing. If you need your completed order shipped to a different address, please email me.

 

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Although it is very rare, in case of lost or damaged packages during shipment, please notify me immediately and I will send you the proof of insurance for the package along with the shipping receipt. It is the buyer's responsibility to file a claim through the USPS. For more information about filing a claim, please visit https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm

 

TYPOS or ERRORS
Your stationery will be printed exactly as shown on the approved proofs. Should you find an error on your printed stationery, please contact me immediately. I offer reprinted stationery at a discounted rate.

 

Please note that I cannot accept returns or process refunds due to errors on approved proofs, regardless of where the error originated. While I do my best to call attention to any errors I may see during the proofing process, final proofing is ultimately the responsibility of the client.

 

If your printed stationery does not match your approved proof, please contact me immediately and I will reprint the affected pieces free of charge.

 

CANCELLATION
Wedding invitations and save the date orders can be cancelled before the digital proofs are emailed. There is a fee of $150 that is nonrefundable.
